I am trying to find a rescue tor my mom's dog. She had to move and couldn't take him. She inherited him from my grandpa who passed away but he adopted him from a shelter. They said we were his last stop for adoption. He was really scared and we hoped we would be able to break it and help him, but after 6 years, we haven't been able to. We want him to go to someone who can make his quality of life better. We have been trying and have had no luck. Serious reecues only.
