About Mocha

Mocha is a very handsome red stag 7 yr old neutered male. He is very sweet and smart boy who knows several commands and walks well on leash. He is house-broken and crate-trained. He is a 'SPECIAL NEEDS' baby and is blind and diabetic. He needs to be kept on a 'Grain free' diet and requires two insulin shots everyday. He has already learned the doggie door here in his foster home. He is very alert and follows his special people around the house by listening to heir voices. He does quite well getting around without bumping into things. He loves to go for a daily walk and has learned to stay on the sidewalk with commands of Mocha left or Mocha right. Experience preferred with the care of a diabetic dog. He is a little too anxious for a home with young children and would be too fearful by their fast movements.
