She is deaf, was adopted, then returned after only 1 week. ���� How confused she must be. Helen is a sweet dog who has not had it easy. The first time she was surrendered she had tons of scabs on her--said to be by ticks. Then she was adopted and returned because she chased after people on bikes and hated being in a kennel. This friendly wiggle-but has been good with other dogs--she has never been around cats. She can be food aggressive so needs to fed separate from other dogs and do not share treats and chewies, etc. Helen deserves a chance at a forever home. She has been let down over and over again.
