About Hank

Hank is a very, very handsome 4 year old LOVEBUG! He was pulled from an urgent euth list in Austin TX, and is staying with a temporary foster until another long term foster or adopter can be found. He is a huge snuggler and cuddlebug and has a giant head with the softest fur imaginable. And he smells so good! I know that's weird, but I swear he does! Hank will do best in a household that has no other dogs or a house that has a submissive female dog. While Hank is fixed and gets along well with the 2 male dogs he lives with (1 fixed, 1 unfixed), he likes to hump to show dominance and likes to get the lionshare of his foster mama's attention. He will do best in a house where he can be crated while the humans are out of the home. He is fully house broken as long as a crate is used. I would absolutely love for Hank to have a big fenced in backyard where he can run around, but he will do fine in an apartment or home with no yard as well. Hank likes exercise but is fine with 1-2 short walks a day. Hank is adorable and looks like a pig and a cow had a dog baby. He also snores, and it is adorable. Hank's adoption fee will cover his microchip, neutering, full panel of shots, as well as the toys he likes and currently has. He is likely a fancy purebred, but since he came from a shelter there is no way to know for sure. This dog is very special, and nothing bad will ever happen to him. Potential adopters and fosters must be willing to provide multiple references as well as submit to a home check. Hank was a family pet that was surrendered for 'moving' reasons. He will only go to a loving family who will provide a great life for him. He deserves it.
