I'm sorry but we don't have time to reply to 'is the dog available' If the dog is posted they are available. Thank you. Bruno is a very sweet and loving 22 /23 pound boy. He's 6 1/2 to 7 years old. Bruno loves people and most other dogs and dog friendly cats. He will chase them but is not aggressive. He does not like big dogs, meaning a lot bigger than Bruno. He's darling with dogs his size and smaller. Bruno would thrive in a house with a fenced in yard, but does well without one. Without a fence Bruno needs to be on leash to go outside as he loves to run around and explore. Bruno loves affection and attention and gives lots of kisses. He loves sitting in your lap, or next to you while you watch TV, but also enjoys playing in his dog bed or with his toys. He enjoys daily walks. Bruno is house trained, but will have accidents if left alone for extended periods of time outside of a crate. He does well in crate, and actually goes in there on his own at times just to relax. Bruno loves sleeping in bed with his human and will burrow under the covers next to you; he also has slept well in his crate before. Bruno loves car rides and does extremely well traveling. His Kong toy and his dog bed is his favorite. He 'sucks' on the edges of his bed and sometimes falls asleep halfway standing up while doing so. He is a great little watchdog, but isn't a constant barker. He will bark if someone is at the door or if he thinks his person is being threatened. Bruno was a breeder before coming to us and was just livestock. He went his entire life with a deformed eye and lived outside. We had his eye removed when he was neutered and microchipped. He's a healthy boy who needs attention to his ears. They need to be cleaned at least once a month. We'll never know how they were broken but because of it he's susceptible to ear infections. This can be avoided with monthly cleaning. It's pretty easy, just a good cleaner that is self drying. It's available at any vet and most pet supply stores or websites. Just squirt in in and he'll shake it out what's left dries to a powder. We recommend all Boston's have their ears cleaned at least monthly. Bruno is a fantastic little guy he's just missing the right person or family.
