Meet SONY, a two year old dog who escaped death at the NYC shelter. She was surrendered to the shelter by her owner who stated 'personal problems'. SONY is a very sweet, small, active and friendly dog. She lived with kids ages 12-16 and was relaxed, gentle and playful with them. With other dogs, her owner described her as exuberant. Her play-play-play style might not suit every dog. SONY is friendly to all visitors to the home, or people who approach you on the street. She LOVES to play with her Jolly Ball and play a game of fetch. SONY the dog for you? She is a very sweet petite girl and would do well with someone who would like an exercise partner or someone who truly understands the exercise needs of a young dog. Fenced yard would be ideal. Kids 8+.
