Chance is a good dog. Sweet, affectionate, but very high energy and smart and strong. His back legs have the strongest muscles... and in a six foot kennel can jump so that his nose reaches the top. He was escaping from the cable he was tied with in the country of eastern Kentucky. His owners said he was in danger of either being run over or shot. Tearfully they surrendered him to our rescue.
