About Lexi

Hey all of you senior dog lovers....we would like you to meet a special girl named Lexi. She is a sweet 12 year old lady who was abandoned at her time in life when she needs her people the most. She is safe with us now, but she is looking for a her forever home where she can live out the rest of her life. She is doing very well, and deserves nothing more than a good place to call her own! She gets along well with other dogs, and loves every human she meets. She would be perfect for a family who wants a loving husky girl to take on short walks daily. She is pretty easy going. A few short walks, a nice soft bed, treats, and belly rubs is basically all she asks for, well, aside from a ton of lovins'! She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Please understand we are a volunteer based organization so we cannot set a timeline on application review, however, we work hard to process as fast as we can. It's very important that you fill out the application COMPLETELY. Missing information will delay the process, especially vet phone numbers, references, and info on pets. All of the questions regarding the available pets and their personalities can be found in this bio. Many times we get asked for additional photos. We DO NOT have any additional photos other than the ones posted on our website and we try to be as accurate as we can in each pet's bio. Please read each bio carefully, all information that we know is there. If it's not there we do not know the answer just yet or may never know the answer. Many of these dogs come to us with a history unknown. Additionally, all of our dogs are in foster homes. We DO NOT have a shelter or physical location. The dogs are in private homes with families. Therefore, you must have an approved application prior to setting up a meet and greet. Finally, thank you for your interest in adoption. Your application is KEY. Many times, we find the dog applied for by the applicant might not be the best fit for their family. We will then suggest another dog if available that will be better suited.
