*** EMOTIONAL SUPPORT/THERAPY CANDIDATE *** 'LUKI' is a strikingly handsome 1 yr old male Border Collie/Great Pyrenees/possibly Labrador Retriever mix that was rescued from a very high kill dog pound. He is sweet, submissive, kind & an all-around good boy. Luki likes to lean into you, give hugs, and stare lovingly into your eyes. Luki loves other dogs, though he can be protective of his food. He was tremendously underweight and we are still getting more pounds on him, which could account for his food protectiveness. Luki is is neutered, has been de-wormed, is current on vaccinations, on monthly heart worm preventative, crate-trained and house-trained. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., pro-biotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrious coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
