About Duke

Hi, I'm Duke and I'm a super tall glass of energy fueled Great Dane-Lab mix. I love to play with my foster siblings, especially in the yard where there's enough room. I get along with dogs, big and small not sure about cats, haven't been around them. I'm doing very well with basic commands, walking on the leash is still challenging only because I get so excited going somewhere with my people. We are working on that. I like car rides. You can call me submissive, I let other companions be the boss. Because I get super excited about everything, my foster family has to make sure I eat my full portions. I would do great in a home with people who are as energetic as I am and maybe a furry brother or sister who enjoys playing as much as I do. Because of my size and the fact that I have no idea how strong I am, I shouldn't go to a family with small children. I'm not a jumper, but I'm only 1 year old and still growing and a fenced in yard is a must. They are also microchipped, and RBCW pays the activation into adopters name. All of our dogs also qualify for a free month of health insurance, upon adoption.
