Roscoe is a Black and Tan coonhound mix who came to us quite underweight. He's a sweet guy who loves attention. He loves his walks were he can take in all the interesting sights, sounds and smells (especially the smells). He would be so happy to have a home of his own, but for now, he waits patiently for that special person to come and whisk him away to his forever home.
