8 yr old female American Pit Has always been an inside dog, she dislikes being cold and is afraid of storms. Vaccinations are current. She is passionate when playing with balls, ropes, loves wood including logs and even rocks. And loves to snuggle under blankets. She listens well to basic commands and gives high fives. She's not only very smart and understanding but an all around a great dog. She also has been known to express her love / hate relationship with squirrels, cats, and recently smaller dogs. I've resuced her approx. 6 yrs ago and as well later on adopted a American Bulldog Dog which they became great companions for approx. 4 years . She does well with male and female dogs of all breeds with the exception of smaller dogs. Not gonna say there hasn't been some dominant issues but it's always seemed to have worked it's self out, between the dogs in a short amount of time. Due to the city ordinance I am no longer to keep her. She is currently being housed in the Lincoln area with family, but with them already having 2 larger dogs they can not keep her permanently. Corina was also spayeded as a young pup, therefore I believe that is a factor in her playful character. Enjoys runs as well as car rides. She loves and tolerates all children, never has it been a concern. She is white and black spotted and on the one side of her the black spot is in the shape of a heart. She Truly Is A Big Hearted Girl.
