About Scampi

Scampi is a 6 month old purebred cattle dog puppy who is looking for a fun home that will enjoy playing and snuggling on the couch together. He loves to play a good game of fetch, particularly frisbee, enjoys wrestling with his doggy friends, but is also content to just hang out with his people. Scampi is excellent with all other dogs, and takes a submissive role in the pack. He knows sit, down, spin, and has a great recall. Scampi would be happiest in a home with another dog friend or two, and humans who enjoy throwing toys, hiking, walking, or running. He has a bit of 'stranger danger', and can be wary of new people, particularly children, so a home with no kids (or older kids) is recommended. Scampi is housetrained, crate trained, rides great in the car, and is fully vetted. He is being fostered in St. Louis, MO until May.
