Maum Maum was an adult feral when we moved in over 5yrs ago, took us 2 years to gain her trust before we could get her spayed. She is only missing her last set of vaccinations to be up to date. She is very sweet but very shy to new people. She needs constant grooming to keep her mat free. If you don't have a way to safely protect yourself with a restraint I highly recommend a groomer. She behaves very well once in an office setting. She could use a diet, she weighs about 22-24lbs and should be around 18. Her paws indicate her size, they measure 2in across: UNsheathed! She will swat you if feels threatened (eg if she feels you aren't being careful where you step) She is not aggressive in the least, just a little touchy until she can trust you. She has turned into a lazy porch cat now, preferring to lounge in the sunshine all day. We hate to lose her but are forced to move and cannot take any cats except our therapy cats.
