About Molly

'Molly is extra in the love department!'. She is a beautiful brindle dachshund whose owner had to surrender her due to the owner's health issues and increasingly lack of mobility. Molly is a 3-year-old love bug that will climb on your lap to kiss your face. She loves to be nearby all the time and is generally a very happy girl who 'smiles' a lot. Molly loves her belly rubbed. She has a bit of fear/excitement incontinence which seems to be improving as her confidence grows. Sometimes she piddles slightly when foster mommy picks her up to go on the bed but we are learning to be assisted up as opposed to being picked up. Molly is fully house trained and knows how to use a dog door. She walks nicely on a leash. Although Molly does gets a long with other dogs, it is recommended that she be either an only dog or be paired with a mellow or older companion as Molly has exhibited dominant behavior, including biting, toward her younger foster siblings.
