Miguel the name of LULU's Guardian Angel took her home and tried to find her owner. He was able to track the owner down and the owner did not want her back because she kept escaping. )SAD( Then Miguel contacted GGARR, sent pictures of her and GGARR rescued Lulu. Owner drove her to Mueller Animal Hospital, where she is now fully Vetted and ready to go. LULU is very friendly and gets along with other big dogs.
