About Pit bull

Roxy is super sweet to humans; but, she is aggressive to my other pets. She was rescued from dog fighter people. She has bad manners such as jumping up on people and other bad behaviors. I have been giving her owners free food for about a year and a half and took her to the vet to get all her shots last summer. The high school student that I just recently got her from cannot afford to take care of her properly and she is tyed up on a short rope and gets tangled up and choked all the time. She needs someone stronger than me to take care of her I am disabled and cannot properly care for her. Two-year old, red-nose pitbull female, do not see any scars from operation so I assume she is not fixed. At this time she will not let another dog approach her. I would assume she is heart worm positive, but do not know this for sure. I've had her for about two weeks now.
