About Kaiya

Kaiya is a 5 year old Siberian Husky who weighs about 40 pounds. She enjoys going on walks and she loves napping in the sun. She's moderately affectionate and generally well-mannered, but she has a slightly quirky personality that is best-suited to a home without children. She's house-trained and gets along well with all the huskies in her foster home. Kaiya is in very good health but is affected by an auto-immune skin condition that causes her to have a crusty nose. The condition is managed with quality food and nutritional supplements. Kaiya's forever home will need an experienced husky owner who has a securely fenced yard and a friendly medium or large male dog as a full-time companion for her. Kaiya's adoption fee is $225.
