About Tonka Toy

At Trinity GAP we believe in second chances, so when we got a call from a very dedicated shelter worker asking for our help for Tonka Toy we could not say no. This sweet baby came into the shelter as an owner surrender. Never mind that he was malnourished, his ears has been chopped off to nubs, was very sick and beat up. The people who surrendered him said they had fallen on hard times and could not take care of him. He was microchipped to them, so no denying who owned him. When we got the call, he had pneumonia and they were afraid he would not make it through the night. Thankfully he did, and this extremely calm and super sweet baby is well on the road to recovery. He is currently at Mutt Shack getting lots of TLC and greeting everyone who comes in the door. The whole staff is in love with him, and we think you will be, too.
