About Casper

My name is Casper and I want to be your new best friend. I am a young guy and have lots of energy and enthusiasm. My hobbies include playing in my foster family's fenced-in yard with my foster family's big dog. We love to run. I also like to play with my toys and play fetch. I still am in the young dog stage of liking to chew, but if you tell me to put something down, I am pretty good about listening. It might be best for now not to leave things on the floor you don't want me to chew for you. My favorite hobby of all is snuggling with people. I love to fall asleep in laps. My foster family taught me how to 'sit' this week! They tell me I am very smart and trainable. I am house-trained, but make sure during the first week that you take me outside often so I know where you want to me go potty. My foster family had me sleep in a nice big crate at night so that I didn't get into mischief, but now I get to sleep on the bed and snuggle all night. I also sleep through the night I love other dogs. My foster brother and another dog that was visiting and I had so much fun playing! I need lots of exercise and fenced-in space to run because I am young and have lots of energy. I love people. I haven't hung out with kids or cats (at least as far as my foster parents know) but they suspect I would love them, too. I am such a love sponge, there is even a heart on my nose!
