Lexi is an AKC registered 7 year old corgi who has the sweetest face and beautiful eyes, loves belly rubs/cuddles and hot dogs. She loves to run along long stretches of empty sidewalks. I'd wanted to adopt an adult dog as I work full-time and live alone, hoping they'd come from a loving home with a level of training/socialization. However, I soon found out she isn't housebroken and is anxious/fearful of other dogs and people. She doesn't know any basic commands or seem to know how to play either. Lexi is crate-trained. I had taken her to a couple of professional dog trainers who've picked out her emotional issues (she was a breeding dog) that need a lot of work, but I can't afford their training programs at this time. I'm gutted to give her up, but Lexi needs a loving home who will have a lot of time to train and care for her to become more confident.
