Sadly, Cecil's owner grew tired of him and surrendered him to a shelter, not caring if he was to be adopted or euthanized. This sweet boy is just a year old and still has lots of puppy in him. He loves to run, chase balls and play. If you have kids, We can guarantee you that he will be a great playmate for them!
