Mugs doesn't have a mean bone in his body. He loves everyone and other animals. He was abandoned. He needs to lose 20 pounds. He is currently 88 pounds. He has arthritis in hips but losing weight will help. He's the perfect companion dog, very smart and obedient. Not a dog for hikes or long strenuous walks because of his hips, but he loves the park and plays well with other dogs, although he tires out easily. He'd love a family to hug on him and just hang out with him.
