About BUCK

BUCK Buck is blossoming, and isn't as shy any more.. 8 month old pup.. It would be great if he could be the one and only so he could get all the attention that hes been cheated out of. He does do fine with other dogs though. He is fine with couch cuddling, and holding him, but a leash frightens him, so he needs work with walking with a leash on. He isn't 100% housetrained, but we haven't had him long enough to really work with him as he just went in to be neutered a few days after we did his intake. Buck was a owner surrender from a family that breeds dogs, and this particular litter got too big for them to care for so they surrendered them (Benny and Bonita too). The Mom is a Chihuahua/poodle and her dad was a Chihuahua/terrier. So he is a blend of 3 breeds. He is good with other small dogs in the Foster home, and just needs patience and love. Because of his small size, small children are NOT a good fit for him. (Plus we think that their fast movement will be frightening to him). Cats are in the foster home too and he doesn't seem to be bothered by them. He is current with his Immunization shots, Rabies shot, Neuter and Micro-chipped. Wanting a cuddle pup, thats only 11 lb., and pretty close to full grown?? Bucks adoption fee is $225.00 If you are interested in Buck, PLEASE complete a application. Most everything we know about our dogs is in the bio..so please read it so you know what the dog is like and if it will fit your life style. Once an application is recieved, it will go in that dogs file for review. IF you are chose for Buck, you will get a call for him and have 3 hours to respond (if we get your answering machine) before we go to the next person of interest. If you are NOT chosen, your application stays on file for 90 days and it is good for any of the other dogs you like with us.
