About Todd

Would you take a gander at those come hither eyes! Todd sure knows how to give the look,handsome little guy. His family gave him up to a shelter to be euthanized, yep, that is right, they were done with him so just wanted him to be put down. Thankfully most shelters work to find homes or rescues for the animals that they take in. Todd is just like the rest of us, we all have our quirks. Todd is as little shy warming up to some people and he simply does not ever want to be picked up. Maybe something scary happened to him after being picked up-who knows? So, we do not pick him up, problem solved. We have other dogs in the rescue like that, we take them to the vet and they crouch down to examine, no problem. Todd loves to run and play with his buddies or play with his toys, go for a walk and just enjoy life. He is not a high maintenance boy in face is a bit independent. He is about 10 pounds and 4 years old and a happy healthy guy. We have lowered his adoption fee to $175 and send him home with tons of supplies to help him get settled.
