About Hercules

They say its all in a name. And in this pup's case, it is no different. Meet Hercules! :) Hercules was rescued from a grocery store parking lot in Tuba City. He was suffering with a severe case of Sarcoptic mange, leaving him with no hair in freezing temperatures, emaciated, with multiple tick diseases and a hemoglobin of 4, this little Hercules never gave up and always kept fighting. Now with a clean bill of health, Hercules is doing amazing with his fosters who are also dog trainers. He knows to wait for his food, rocks the place command & is also perfect on leash! Hercules is an approximately 11 month old brindle shepherd/pittie mix. He loves his human companions and is very gentle with them. He is house trained and crate trained. He loves to play fetch, romp with other dogs and go for walks. Hercules gets along well with most dogs and has attended doggy day care in Flagstaff. Hercules can be a ball of energy. He is good with dog saavy cats... Unfortunately if they run scared he may chase! He will thrive in an environment that provides structure and reinforces his training & all that he has learned! He will do best with an adopter who is willing to provide leadership and structure to an a sweet adolescent who may need some reminders. Hercules is a joy and will make an active person or family a wonderful companion. Hercules is in Cave Creek with Paw Creek Training. His adoption fee is $135, which includes microchip.
