About MEGGIE

As everyone who sees me says, I'm a VERY pretty medium haired calico girl, about one to two years old. I got pregnant, and me and my little family became homeless, sick and lost in the world. We were taken to a very scary place called a shelter and dumped there because nobody wanted us! I heard the people there say we were all going to die because there was no one to help us. Luckily, we were pulled to safety just in the nick of time, but sadly, my kittens were just too sick to get well by the time we got the medicine we needed, and I was left by myself to try and find a purrfect furever home. I am very affectionate, and absolutely LOVE to be right in the middle of whatever you're doing. I purr all the time when you pet me and let me sit in your lap, and there is nothing I love more than being petted and cuddled. I am very playful too, and I love toys with cat nip. I ADORE really good food as well. In fact, I love my food so much I tend to growl sometimes when I am eating, so don't let that alarm you! All the rest of the time, I get along with other cats very well, and like to play with them. I am not sure about dogs, though. I am spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and have a microchip to always help me get safely home if I ever get lost again. My foster mom says I deserve to be 'someone's whole world.' I am housebroken, always use the litterbox, do not spray, do not scratch up the furniture, and am very well-behaved!
