About Becca

Becca, the sweetest thing to ever come out of Texas, is looking for the right family to give her cuddles and kisses to. This year and a half old girl is eager to please and very treat motivated. She's picked up some habits such as light jumping and leash pulling, but she'll easily overcome those with dedicated training. She's responsive and easy to curb bad manners. She might look at your food with big puppy eyes, but she'll never beg! She takes treats gently, and waits politely for her food. Crate training is a work in progress, as she's more than happy to lounge in it at certain times throughout the day, but isn't so much a fan as being left in it for long periods of time. She's completely potty trained, and sleeps in the bed with her foster mom and the resident dog. Becca can be quite the energetic dog, but she's also just as happy to relax on the couch on a lazy day. No destructive behavior here; with proper stimulation throughout the day she has no interest in tearing things apart! It's highly recommended that Becca finds a family with another energetic dog, as she absolutely loves the resident dog, and will play tug of war, wrestle, and chase throughout the house all day if she could, however she has been picky with other dogs so a slow introduction and proper meeting is necessary. She has been known to co-exist with dog-savvy cats after a proper introduction as well. Becca is looking for a forever family with a shorter workday and time for dedicated obedience training.
