About Smoke

SMOKE has a long story and many miles behind his rescue. He had a lot of fans who banded together to get him back to the east coast from a kill pen he got dumped in in MN after not selling through a NJ auction. This boy is a good looking sporthorse type with beautiful movement. The perfect home needs to be with someone with advanced knowledge who will continue his training and spend lots of time with him because he has a mind that needs an active job and he requires a confident but soft touch. Smoke is a good companion for mares who will not let him pick at them. Smoke likes to play hard and can get carried away with other geldings. However, he is good with ample space in a pasture or large paddock. He has not been evaluated under saddle yet so his adoption fee is still to be determined. Home approval and a signed adoption contract are required.
