About Shadow

Shadow is a dashing 8 month old male schnauzer who is looking for a loving forever home! Shadow is a very active and high energy boy who would do best in a home with a yard to run in, and a family who loves to go on walks so he gets lots of exercise! Shadow is a good boy who is house broken and doggy door trained, but he is still a young pup who will need training and reminders as he grows into a little gentleman. Shadow is good with other dogs about his size and smaller, but we are unsure how he would do with cats. Shadow loves to play with toys as well as other dogs, and would love a furry friend in the home. Shadow is a very outgoing boy & also a good guard dog who knows how to use his voice. Shadow currently weighs in at 16 pounds, but may grow just a bit more. He is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped and vet checked. His adoption includes a free vet visit as well as 30 days of free pet insurance. We will be accepting adoption applications for Shadow in person for the next 48 hours, through 6pm on Thursday March 22nd at our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd. We are open Tuesday to Sunday 11am-6pm. Please bring any current dogs in the home to meet Shadow at the time of meet and greet.
