About Osita

Hi! I'm Osita, a Xoloitzcuintli, or Mexican Hairless Chihuahua. Hairless, you say? Well, the hairless gene is recessive, so I've got a nice soft coat, perfect for snuggling at your feet or on your lap! I'm 5 years old, and about 12 lbs. I have a good amount of energy if you get me excited, but otherwise I'm pretty laid back. I am crate trained, and I love going to 'my room' as my safe place to relax and sleep! I love people, but I'm a little skittish around babies and small children. I just have a hard time with how they move so close to me! I'm spayed, current on shots, and I have no health problems! I'm looking for my forever home with someone who wants a sweet little pal.
