Meet Cosmo! This precious rattie was just surrendered to us at 12 years old. I expected him to act more like a senior but this guy is full of life and happily greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very alert and absolutely adorable. It always hurts us to see seniors surrendered to a shelter; it's so stressful for them.
