Meet Mary! This wee girl hasn't had an easy life...but she's sure ready for a better life. Mary was picked up by animal control when, totally exhausted, she laid down on a sidewalk in front of store to sleep. She was homeless and her skinny body showed the story of hungry nights and wandering days. Once in rescue she was eating well and started picking up weight. But her story certainly doesn't end there. After a couple of weeks in rescue, Mary gave the rescue quite a scare when she appeared in distress. Hours later she gave gave birth to a small litter of (surprise) puppies. Now that the boys are raised it's her turn to shine...and just be a pup herself. Mary does get along with other dogs but she realizes she's a princess. She ignores cats for the most part. She would do best in an adult household. She has a sweet personality and loves a lap. She's happy wherever her person is. She is scheduled to be spayed, she's vaccinated and microchipped. Mary has an adoption fee of $350. If you would like to make this princess part of your family visit our website at www.hillhounds.org You must have an approved application on file to visit.
