We adopted this boy from the shelter in February. He was unsocialized and terrified of everything and everyone. Since then he has attached to me and our dog, but is still terrified and barking at my husband. He doesn't even bother the four cats! He has come a long way. He learned house breaking quickly mostly by following our other dog out the dog door to the yard. He had it in 3 days. He is good around our horses although he had an incident and injured one of our pet chickens. To tell you the truth that was what prompted consideration of re-homing. We have not given up on him, but am looking at the option of re-homing to the perfect, right home to protect our chickens. I am on the fence and am considering options.
