This classic gal is Dayzee. She is a 2 year old Australian Cattledog who was a stray at a shelter. Now she is a nice girl enjoying time in a foster home until the right person comes asking to adopt her. Dayzee is a very special girl. She is looking for a home equally as special. Dayzee was likely beaten, and likely by a man. That has left her skittish. She does not trust easily. A new home for her needs to not have kids, simply because they will scare her. The home should be patient and quiet. The home should likely have no men, unless it's a visitor to the house. The people should be willing to go slow and be prepared to help her learn the basics. Her new home also has to be comfortable knowing she will likely never go to a dog beach or dog park. She may never be great on a leash. Dayzee is fine with other dogs. She isn't interested in being best pals. So, a quiet dog pal would be just fine for her. Daisy is already house trained. She is a diamond in the rough who will settle in slowly. If you are this person, you will receive Dayzee's love. It's so worth it. Once she knows you, she likes to steal your spot on the couch and not get up. She will also lay on your legs while you watch TV. This girl will be very dedicated to those she discovers are trustworthy. Dayzee is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
