About Doro

Doro is 8 months old and weighs 30lbs. He was born in a kill shelter and the only Puppy not adopted. The animal control staff loved him and kept him safe for 5 months. Finally he was adopted. He had human brothers and sisters and two little dogs (one pictured) whom he adored. Unfortunately although very loved, his father's work schedule changed and he needed to get a babysitter during the day. The babysitter said she could not handle Deuro as he was too playful for her. So without having any choice, he was returned to the shelter. This dog is amazing! He gets along with every sized dog regardless of temperament. A beagle lunged at him and he submitted and hid under the bed. He is excellent with children but he loves to play. He has absolutely no aggression. He doesn't even know how to be mean. He is an exceptional dog who is house trained and crate trained. He is up-to-date on all vaccines and has been neutered. He is lovable and extremely friendly. He does love to play and would do best in a home with another dog and a fenced in yard. If he will be the only dog then we strongly suggest you take him to dog parks or to friends homes that have dogs. He truly loves to play. We have videos please request them.
