About Mario

Mario was my mother's companion and has been very well cared for and groomed monthly. He gets along very well with other dogs and is playful and sweet - when he is happy he dances around and throws his toys in the air. Mario (and his full wardrobe) was the darling of the community where my mom lived. His groomers speak highly of him and he was socialized regularly, going to the dog park and 'human' events, like my mom's writing class and a drumming circle. Mario has some ongoing health issues commiserate with his age- he has trouble with a lot of fat in his diet and requires specific food. He is also losing his hearing. He has a collapsing trachea but is on medication and it is under control. My mother kept immaculate records of all of his health history so it would be easy to manage this ongoing issue. Mario has so much life in him. He's a happy, smart little dog.
