About Candy

Candy is fostered in Cape Coral, FL (Lee County). We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families! Candy is a loving and energetic 2.5-year-old Chihuahua who weighs about 5-6 lbs. Candy is an apple head, merle colored Chihuahua with one brown eye and one blue eye. When given love and patience she really comes out of her shell. Every morning when she gets up, she shows how excited she is about being alive with constant tag wags and kisses, which continue throughout the day. She loves to sprawl out in the sun and to get attention. She has not been leash trained yet but will learn with time. Candy gets along with dogs, all other animals and children. She does have a bit of a snoring problem due to her sinuses, which her adopter will need to be OK with! She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, microchipped and heartworm negative.
