CAN WE TALK? I am Knox and I am feeling very sad and kind of hopeless. Now, I'm not one to feel sorry for myself but life can really be rough sometimes. You see, I was at the Adoption Center one time before and l looked pretty bad that time. A wound in the middle of my forehead and just in general, a mess! But on 12/27/17 I got my miracle. I was adopted! My dream came true. But then through no fault of my own I ended up back here at the Adoption Center. I don't understand why and I am VERY discouraged. I thought before that I was pretty good at putting on a brave face but not so much this time around. Now when the volunteers come around and offer me treats I just want them to open my kennel gate and get me out of here. I am very upset! Kind of frantic, I would say. I want to be somebody's boy FOREVER, in a home where I can feel safe and loved and leave this place behind for good. Do you think you could be my family? And I really mean FOREVER! Open M-F 11-5 and Saturday 11-1. Adoption fee is $105 which includes spay/neuter, combo and rabies shots, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm test and dog tags. (Although some of the dogs come to the pound spayed or neutered, most do not. If you adopt a dog that has not yet been spayed/neutered, we will set up an appointment for the dog to be spayed/neutered before it can leaazxve the facility.)
