About Piper

Welcome Piper. She is a 3.5-month-old Ridge Back/Hound mix pup is our guess. Her brother had the definite ridge. She has darker hair on the back but no hair going the other direction. She is a big puppy at 30 pounds already. This is going to be a bigger dog at 75 pounds is our guess. She is friendly, affectionate, smart and she talks. She has a funny 3 or four syllable vocal sound and it sounds like she is talking to you about something. She likes to be touched and rolling in the grass is her favorite thing. She can be adopted and flown if we do so quickly as she is growing in leaps and bounds. Otherwise, a ground transport will work if she gets too big to fly. She will make some lucky family a great companion. She loves everyone and all dogs. She was pulled from a very rural and high kill facility in Devine. She is now ready for her forever home.
