BEAUTY KISS - 2 years old, 43 lbs Lovely gal Kiss is one special pup! And she is available for adoption! To learn about Kiss, please check out volunteer comments below: She was my Hershey Kiss yesterday, one of my favorite dogs to meet although, yes, she was at first timid. Kiss, all dressed up in Belgian chocolate, accepted a scarf and a coat, that I removed inside so as not to hide her beauty. She is such a gentle gal, a good walker, a perfect sitter (treat or no treat) and a great trooper despite the snow melting salt that was stuck between her digits. She accepted without a whisper its removal. She neared other dogs in the street and the hallways without any problem. We played a little inside a warm room, her shyness evaporating to the point that she ended up on my lap for hugs�'�|.and kisses. I never miss an opportunity to spend time with Kiss. We have had many walks and ball games in the yard since her arrival. She has bloomed into a lively little gal, hopping on her hinds like a rabbit. She is now a wonderful lap dog and a sweet kisser just like indicated by her name, so well chosen for her. Kiss has been well cared for, she looks healthy and is well dressed. She knows her basic commands and her ways around us, humans. Kiss needs gentle and loving hands and I know she will be a wonderful, kind and loyal forever best friend. Another volunteer writes: Miss Kiss. So sweet and gentle, easy to be with, initially shy for a few minutes, and then loving, bouncy and happy to play with some toys. Low to the ground in her perfect figure, she sits when asked and I've never met a dog who takes treats more gently than she. The very, very, very edge of her teeth touch the treat, I don't feel her one bit on my hand. Fabulous on leash, so easy to be with, some easy chat and a soft voice�'�|.Miss Kiss is ready to live up to her name with her new human partner. I loved my time with her and was sad to put her back in her kennel although she hopped right back in knowing that's what was expected.
