About Sunday

Sunday is a Missouri Fox Trotter and just a little over 15 hands. She's 16 years old and a complete lover. She has never had an issue with any horse she's been around. Horses always latch on to her and want to be her buddy. She was born and raised in Missouri and then brought to Washington State and given to me about 4 years ago. My husband took her over and we then downsized a horse and just have Sunday. We've got 3 teenagers one who is off to college this fall and our life course has just changed. She's currently living with a pasture buddy at a friend of mines and just isn't getting the attention she should be. Oddly enough she does just as well alone as she does with other horses as long as she has human interaction. She's an absolute dream to ride. Her only hang up is if you stop to rest she likes to 'make up lost time' LOL She is completely sound and can go for days on the trail. She can be feisty if she hasn't been out much and the feed is hot. We use mineral buckets that do not have molasses in them. Her and molasses don't mix well. She is currently on grass/alfalfa and grazes. She is gaited and extremely smooth to ride. She comes with a bridle and bit and 2 saddles (one I do believe is a 15 inch and a 16 inch) we will be picky about her future home. We are not in this to make a profit, we want our Sunny Day to have a home where she will be loved and cared for and have room to roam and play. She does not have the temperament to be stuck in a box. We would like to find her a forever home. If your looking to snatch her up just to turn around and sell her then keep on scrolling by. She is gem and will make someone truly happy.
