** SERVICE DOG CANDIDATE ** 'MAGGIE' is a beautiful, 1 yr old, 80+ lb Great Dane/Lab mix we rescued from a very high kill pound. They say that dogs 'hug' with their eyes; when Maggie looks at you, it is a bear hug of love ... she gives her whole heart. Very sweet, very loving, calm, smart, obedient, eager to please and orients strongly to a human. Maggie likes other dogs of equal gentle disposition and would do well around children, even young ones. Maggie is spayed, fully vaccinated, micro-chipped, de-wormed, on monthly heart-worm preventative, house-trained and crate-trained. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., probiotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
