About NICO

'NICO' is an adorably cute 40 lb. Border Collie mix female with freckles on her chest and feet whom we rescued from a very high kill pound. A very special girl who is intelligent, calm, sweet and obedient. Nico is eager to please and listens very well; she orients strongly to a human and likes to give soft kisses when asked. Nico is truly a gem and would be wonderful with both other dogs of gentle & playful personality as well as children. NICO is spayed, fully vaccinated, micro-chipped, de-wormed, on monthly heart-worm preventative, house-trained and crate-trained. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., probiotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
