About Vegas

Introducing Vegas. She had a hard life, living in the streets and hanging out at a junkyard. She had multiple litters. The ignorant people in the area took some of her puppies before they were weaned and the others were hit by cars. By the time someone called our friends at @hopeforpawsrescue only momma Vegas and one pup were there. We are grateful they were saved and Vegas will never have another litter. She's still settling in, her coat is not in great shape, she has bald patches, still putting on some weight and she is afraid of men. All totally understandable considering what she's been through. For now she is in a foster home where she can relax and feel safe. 5yo, 50lbs, shepherd mix, good with dogs, seems okay with cats so far, shares toys & food. She is looking for her forever home. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization.�%A0 Adoption process includes an adoption contract and home check.�%A0 Adoption fee for dogs are $300 - 500 and for cats are $175.�%A0 All of our animals are fixed, vaccinated, and chipped.
