Kyra is in temporary foster, but still needs a forever home soon, as she is at risk of being returned to the shelter. Kyra was originally elised for not doing well in her kennel. She needs a forever home now! Please.....she is a good girl! Hi, I'm kyra. I'm an energetic 4 year old female blue nose pit mix. I'm good with adults and kids and give kisses when requested. I'm smart and maintain good eye contact. I know basic commands like sit, down, drop it, shake, stay and wait. I'm especially good at wait! I like playing fetch and stay completely focused on the ball. I like having a job to do, even if that job is just going for walks. I'm easy to leash, and I walk well on a leash. ,but sometimes try to pull. When I'm on a walk people say I look like i'm on a mission! and I get a lot of smiles and pretty dog comments. I like to say hi to people and I've even given kisses to strangers, but other times, I don't want anyone interfering with my sniffing and my walks. I put up with cats at my fosters house right now, but I shouldn't be trusted with them. I need to be an only dog and would like to live with an energetic family or person that will take me for hikes and play fetch with me.
