This purebred bloodhoud is super sweet, playful, eats dry food, all around great dog. Unfortunately he has an eye lid problem - diagnosed as 'Ectropion' which disrupts the function of the lower lid in protecting the eye and drainage of tears and entropion causes chronic abrasion of the surface of the eye. The vet says he needs a simple surgery to open his eye lid more.
