About Leyah

Miss Leyah is a 1.5-2 yr old shepherd/dobie or shepherd/greyhound mix. She's tall and thin. She's a very sweet little girl. She clearly has had a rough start, she is timid to the touch first and then you can feel her entire body melt into you. She just wants to be loved. She's had 2 litters of pups that we were made aware of, which is so infuriating because she's a young pup. She's very gentle, not a barker. She would benefit from a family that's laid back and not extremely high energy. She's very responsive to tone of voice, if she thinks you are upset she will go and lay on the porch and hide. It's heartbreaking. I usually walk back up to her and say hi pretty momma, and her tail goes right back to wagging. She is one you have to meet and see for yourself how loving she is. She's nervous but not mean, she's never growled or showed teeth. This girl will flourish under the right roof and the lucky family will reap all the benefits of this lovely girl.
