About Ruger

Ruger is a sweet and loving 2 1/2 year old dog, that is great with kids, women and a lot of men. He is very protective and does not like strange unknown men approaching our home (which is in a busy neighborhood). We have 3 sons, who have accidentally let him run out of the door, and he bit 2 different males that were strange men near the home on two different incidents. We know he is a sweet dog who would never hurt anyone he loves (he is just trying to protect us), but with 3 sons and a neighborhood full of men walking by the home, we can not risk him getting out and biting someone trying to protect us. He is fully trained, very loving, healthy, up to date on all shots, he simply needs a good home where a mature adult can make sure he stays in the home.
