This 8-year-old, timid, gentle, soulful girl was, allegedly, surrendered to the East Valley Animal Shelter because of 'the landlord.' The surrender notes say that MOCHA is good with children and adults, and dogs; she was kept indoors and is housebroken. MOCHA has an endearing quality, despite the fact that it takes her a little while to warm up to strangers.
